1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Soreny mobile application (the “App”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and remove it from your device. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Soreny.
2. Service Description
Soreny is a warm, inclusive emotional-support community where users aged 18 and older may anonymously or openly share feelings, seek relationship advice, exchange communication tips, and support one another through personal growth, breakup recovery, and mental-wellness topics. Features include text posts, interactive polls, multimedia sharing, and peer-to-peer encouragement.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your device secure.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Posting or promoting illegal, hateful, violent, or discriminatory content;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members;
- Distributing malware, spyware, or other harmful code;
- Attempting unauthorized access to the App or its servers;
- Impersonating any person or entity;
- Collecting or storing personal data of others without permission;
- Using the App for commercial solicitation or spam;
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by Soreny or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, de-compile, or create derivative works from the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Soreny does not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soreny, its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is unlawful, or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP rights, disclaimers, liability) shall remain in effect.
8. Modifications to Terms
Soreny reserves the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the App or via other reasonable means at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding individual (not class) arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in the United States.
